Returns & Refund Policy

Can I refuse to receive my order?

We always encourage customers to inspect their order upon delivery and refuse it if there is any visible damage, mismatch, or missing item.

Reasons for refusal may include:

  • Wrong color
  • Wrong size
  • Wrong material
  • Incorrect dimensions
  • Defective product
  • Packaging issues

How can I return a product?

Shipping Damage

If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us through our social media platforms or email within 24 hours of delivery.

To submit a return request, please provide:

  • At least 3 clear photos, or
  • 1 video showing the damage

Missing Parts or Visible Defects

Any missing part or visible defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • A description of the issue
  • At least 3 photos or 1 video

Manufacturing Defects

All products are eligible for return only if a manufacturing defect appears within the first 30 days after delivery.

Please contact us with:

  • At least 3 photos, or
  • 1 video clearly showing the defect

Change of Mind Returns

Custom-made products are not eligible for return in case of change of mind.

Ready-made products can be returned within 14 days of delivery only if:

  • The product is in its original condition
  • All accessories are included
  • Original packaging is intact

Non-Eligible Return Cases

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made products (change of mind cases)
  • Ready-made items without original packaging or not in original condition
  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Personal-use items such as mattresses and pillows
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products not assembled by the Retro team

Assembly & Installation

Retro provides assembly and installation services for all products except the following self-assembly items:

  • TV unit shelves
  • Bathroom storage units
  • Wall art
  • Wall clocks
  • Shelves

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected by Retro.

The refund process may take from 5 to 14 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Down Payment Policy

For orders worth EGP 20,000 or more, a 20% down payment is required.
